The service
CargoShift provides calculators, planning tools, document templates and an AI HS code assistant to support shipping and compliance work.
No professional advice
Results, HS codes, duty estimates and documents are guidance only. You are responsible for verifying them with customs authorities, brokers or carriers before use.
Plans & billing
Plans are Starter (USD 10/month or 100/year), Plus (USD 40/month or 400/year) and Pro (USD 80/month or 800/year), with the users and storage shown on the Pricing page. Each email address may use one 14-day free trial (1 user, 2 GB). Extra users (USD 2/month each) and storage (USD 5/month per 100 GB) are billed monthly. Only the company owner manages billing, and the company plan covers all its members. Upgrades apply immediately with a pro-rata charge; downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the paid period. Without an active plan, the workspace stays closed until a plan is chosen; your data is kept. Payments are processed by Paddle.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt to access other accounts, or use it to create fraudulent trade documents.
Liability
The service is provided "as is". Our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous 12 months.
